Spreading the word:
UCSC Extension in Silicon Valley is announcing changes to it9s Web Design
certificate program. Starting Fall quarter, we've made our requirements more
flexible, so that both entry-level and experienced designers can get the
skills they need to start a career or stay competitive. While our courses
have always been open to anyone, in the past, our certificate was geared
towards those entering the field. Now the certificate program will have two
tracks of study. For those new to the Web Design field, we recommend that
you take the prerequisites and all the foundation courses. Experienced Web
designers can take a mix of foundation and advanced courses based on their
individual knowledge and career goals. Either approach leads to a UC
certificate.
Courses offered this Fall are listed below. Unless marked as ONLINE, all
course meeting at our Santa Clara facility. For more information and
registration see:
http://www.ucsc-extension.edu/programs/web-design/schedule.
