Like how Xcode has #pragma mark, it would be possibly neat for IDEs to
then make virtual layers per file based on those regions. Backwards
compatible with everything since it doesn't break the source file at
all. Lets the layers be named. Lets me move things among layers. Lets
me get things more clearly organized and manipulated.
